陈香梅 副教授
个人简介:
陈香梅,副教授,博士生导师。在国家自然科学基金、科技部重大专项和北京市自然科学基金等课题资助下,围绕肝炎病毒和肝癌,鉴定了多个调控HBV复制和影响HBV治疗转归的关键宿主基因,深入探究了HBV整合致癌的机制,建立了靶向HBV cccDNA的工程化细胞囊泡Cas9/gRNA递送系统。以通讯作者在Journal of Hepatology、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy和Hepatology等权威期刊发表研究论文40余篇。获得国家科技进步二等奖(第8完成人)、中华医学科技二等奖(第2完成人)、北京大学优秀党员、北京大学医学部教学优秀奖等奖励和荣誉称号。
主要研究方向:
病毒性肝炎及肝癌。本课题组聚焦慢性乙肝分子病毒学及临床治愈中的关键科学问题,通过解析HBV生命周期的关键环节、探究病毒整合致癌的分子机制、寻找影响临床治愈的关键因素以及挖掘新的抗病毒药物靶点和技术,为阐明乙肝相关疾病的发病机制、优化慢性乙肝的治愈策略等提供了重要依据。
